While not a Toon or pseudo -Toon monster, "Dark-Eyes Illusionist Faceless Mage" is another key piece of the "Toon" Decks, as it can discard itself to either summon a monster that mentions "Toon World" from hand/Deck, again ignoring the summoning conditions, or place "Mind Scan", a powerful Continuous Trap that allows the player to look at the opponent's hand or their set cards, similar to Pegasus' epynomous ability, and also allows them to declare 1 card name to negate their effect for a turn
I realize that neither of these two cards were ultimately intended for any constructed format and are best utilized as build-around cards in tribal heavy Cubes
